Sports massage is a form of deep tissue massage that is excellent for addressing areas of pain or dysfunction, or to support muscle health and flexibility during your fitness journey. Your therapist will conduct a physical assessment on any areas of pain and offer tailored advice on stretches and mobility exercises as well as a targeted treatment.
75 mins is best for a full body maintenance massage, or to work thoroughly into an area of dysfunction (please note this includes up to 15 minutes of assessment and post-massage advice).
1hr 45 minutes is best for multiple areas of chronic pain and dysfunction, or for a really thorough full body tune up (please note, includes up to 15 minutes of assessment and post-massage advice).
